"Hot water. Friendly helpful staff. New person doing breakfast. Doing a good job getting it out early many of the guest need to eat and leave by 6:30 however coffee was not hot and empty at the wrong time brewing new pot when many had to be walking out the door. However, I think it’s because she starts her shift too late, to have all done, not that she isn’t working hard trying. Like quality of paper plates and coffee cups don’t like bowls(starofoam)) ). Anytime one needs to warm in a microwave or use hot water to make grits, oatmeal. It’s safer to use paper. ."

"Our stay at the Days Inn was just what we needed! We were greeted and well taken care of by Mary at the Front Desk. She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! I also want to point out Malinda went above and beyond and ran a personal errand for me. She did not have to do that but she took customer service to the next level. While this may be a 2-star hotel, the one thing this hotel does not lack, is the customer service and personal touch each and every employee brought to the experience."
