"Our stay at the Days Inn was just what we needed! We were greeted and well taken care of by Mary at the Front Desk. She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! "First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company. "This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."

"The room was nice but it felt damp but the smell was okay.. Shower was very good and the bathroom had a large vanity for putting items on. Thr furniture in the lobby was very worn and did not give you a good impression of the facilty. Breakfast was so/so. Had wrapped breakfast sandwiches to microwave but they were not all that good. Did have waffles."
