I was in room 421 and the room smelled so bad, like wet dirty dog. I went out and bought 2 solid air fresheners along with spray. It could not mask the smell. I wore socks the whole time I was in the room and in the morning they were dirty. Carpet needs to be replaced. It would have been a nice room if it did not smell. Lighting in the parking lot was not good. I was very disappointed with this room.

My only complaints is that the coffee maker inside the room was dirty and 2nd thing is that the front desk staff can be a little more cordial and friendly

The young lady at check in was very polite and assured I got points. The hotel was quiet but the floors/ ceiling are paper thin. We were on the second floor and whoever was staying above us sounded like some heavy footed wrestlers! They were walking around well into midnight!! That’s the major down fall of this property. It’s near pier park and eateries, shopping, and directly across from a gas station.

It was a good room and enjoyable stay. The staff was super nice. The only real issues I had was the dishwasher had a small leak and a palmetto bug decided to invade my bathroom.
