This unit has one of the best views on the beach. Watch the beautiful sunsets from your spacious balcony. This complex is located on the east end of Panama City Beach and next door to the very popular restaurant Schooners, and within walking distance of St Andrews State Park. Watch the fishing fleet and ships as they go through the pass. Seychelles is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, fishing and golf. The building features include lush, tropical landscaping, porte cochere entrance, fully-equipped fitness center, high speed elevators, game room for the kids, heated gulf-front tropical pool, dune walkover, covered parking garage walkover, and on-site check in. PCB beaches are the best. Facilities and condo - very well maintained. Having Schooner’s restaurant right next door was a plus! Host kept us up to date with check in, suggestions, and check out directions. Always had answers before we asked the question! Very nice and more than accommodating.

My family and I had a wonderful week. This is our 3rd stay at Seychelles and our 2nd in Frank's condo. Seychelles is a beautiful property and very clean. Frank's condos are always clean and well taken care of and we love the beach service included! We can't wait to come back!

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We had 3 adults total and this condo was the perfect size for us. Owner was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions we had. Perfect location next to Schooners and we enjoyed watching beach volleyball games just below our balcony. Loved having beach chairs included in our stay! Highly recommend.

Condo was amazing and we LOVED the location! We love PCB but don’t love the noise and staying at Seychelles is so much quieter. My kiddos loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Having Schooners right next door was sooooo nice. Great food and drinks. Owner was quick to respond to messages. We had a great vacation here,

We had a great week in PCB and this rental and owner were perfect fit for us. Communication with the owner was the best I have ever experenced. We have stayed at Seycheles many times and this was one of the very best trips. Highly recomend this unit.
