This was my 3rd stay at this property. Everything you would need is conveniently located within a couple of blocks. The beach is a short walk behind and the lot faces the bay. I love the forgotten coast, but CSB is by far my favorite. Thanks for having us yet again. ❤️

Close to the Beach!
The campsite was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. I mean literally a couple of minutes, and you can see the beach on the walk. You also have Bay views from the campsite. There were a couple of spots around the campsite that had a few stickers in the grass, but mainly all white sand. If you rent the campsite be sure to have a converter. The power hook up is 50 amp and luckily we had a 50amp to 30 amp converter cord, so it was no big deal. They may have mentioned that on the listing and I just missed it. Not a lot of places to buy a converter on The Cape and why I mention it. Overall we had a blast and would go back. The Host was great and got us everything we needed for a great trip well before the day we checked in and that's always helpful. Great value for the money!

Nice RV spot
We stayed almost a week. Had a great trip and this is like our 5th stay at this spot. Nice location to the beach access and to the store and seafood market. The grass needed cutting but other than that a fun and relaxing stay. Owner was great to work with due an emergency and had to leave early.

Not as good as last time!
I stayed here two years ago and the site was great. This time the sand on the lot was pretty much gone it was replaced by weeds that have multi pointed stickers (goat heads). These things stuck to everything and you couldn’t keep them out of the camper.

Perfect RV Beach Location
We stayed for several days and loved it! You have a very private beach a short walk away and depending on how you park a view of the bay as well. The lot is right off the main road so parking is easy. Only a five minute drive to TH Stone Memorial State Park. The lot also has a picnic table and outdoor shower setup for convenience. Thanks again Charles for being such a great host!

A few days on the cape
The property is convenient and easy to get into and out of. The only suggestion I would make is to move the water hook up out a bit so that it is not up against the lattice.

Excellent location!
We spent 6 nights at those site. The walk to the beach was easy and short so we were able to maximize our time out there and it’s also a very short walk to one of the general stores and an awesome ice cream shop! The only negative comment I have is not even a bad thing. The foliage around the hookups needs to be trimmed. But that’s it! We’ll definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great RV site for our 30 ft travel trailer. Short walk to the beach, Weber’s Donuts, and Cape Trading Post. Love that there is an outdoor shower and picnic table. Very central location! Would absolutely stay again! The owner was very responsive and worked with us on our travel dates.

2nd stay at this property
The location is great and the lot is an easy pull through for an rv or camper. Only issues were: A lot of stickers/sandspurs around the property. If you have kids or pets, you need to be very careful. We had to carry our dogs to the road to go potty to keep stickers out of their paws. The sewer system is run on a grinder pump. MAKE SURE the breaker for the pump is on before you dump your gray and black water or it will back up everywhere. This is not an owner issue, but some guests turn the breaker off when leaving, so check it. We will definitely syay at this property again.
