"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid. I do not recommend this place! Wrong address and phone number And I still haven’t received my money back."

The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in. Protziges Eingangsportal und dann kleine abgenutzte Zimmer, Schimmel in der Dusche, Rost in den Ecken, abgenudelter Badvorleger, man weiß nicht ob der Teppichboden lebt... Once there however, the views are great and the ambiance tranquil. The balcony overlooks tree tops, which for anyone seeking a quiet hideaway, this place is perfect."

"Nothing to like about. Ripped pillow cases, unrecognizable stains on bedsheets. Broken toilet seat, also unbearable stench. Extremely poor hygiene of service staff. Most of all the owner is a physician and should know better about cleanliness. Did not stay, had to find alternate accommodation at a very high price since it was last minute. My family and I have been using Expedia for a long time for all our travel needs and I have to say that I am disappointed that you guys had something like this...
