"Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store."

"The apartment was large and roomy, with all the facilities you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and very clean. The little garden on the terrace was very pretty and lots of room for sun loungers .The only negative was the large building in front , which blocked the view."

"We had a great time here. Lucia met us at the apartment and showed us around. There was a welcome package which was a lovely touch. The complex is nice and quiet. The only issue we had was the water going off for around an hour on some evenings. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you could need. We brough things that we didnt even have to use. We had a fantiastic holiday, thanks Lucia!"

"Great apartment with everything you need for your stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and more! Nice little touches like milk, water and even biscuits left for your arrival. Not too far from the main drag and the beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this apartment offers. Clean and tidy with decent cooking facilities.Obviously due to the time of year we visited the pool was too cold to be used but we still used the sun loungers!Florence came to visit to make sure everything was ok and was responsive to texts during the stay. "We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. The food selection in the restaurants was very good, nicely presented and a great variety. The entertainment team were very good and worked very hard to keep you enjoying your stay. My big criticism was as usual when abroad, there were a lot of saving sun beds around the pools with towels, so the only ones available were in the shade. Hotels should stop this happening as it spoils it for the guest that aren’t as selfish as to do this. I would still recommend this hotel though as everything else is really goid."
