I love the location of our room. Far from the daily traffic so it's peaceful and quiet, yet very near all the amenities. Our building has the indoor access to the pool which is very convenient to my family and outside is just a few steps away from all the resort activities. We will definitely come back again!

Sweltering and missing items
There was no a/c or fans in the unit. We texted the owner and they sent 2 but it barely helped. We also had issues with the blinds not Properly closing to try and keep some of the heat/sun out. We texted the owner again but they didn’t bother responding. I’m addition, the unit was not properly equipped as it was missing bbq utensils, a regular kicker flipper and a few other items. I will never stay here again.

Great Stay on the hilll!
The condo was very clean and comfortable with great location on the top floor and right on the hill with direct access to skiing and pools! Owner was great to deal with and check in a breeze. Will stay again and recommend to friends!

Condo was small but clean. Comfy bedding with memory foam for pullout! It is on fifth floor. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Elevators slow. Inside access to pools was closed due to COVID...?. We were a bit ticked off , especially that we booked Panorama Springs to have inside pool access (it was -30 degrees Celsius).

The property was in excellent condition. Great location in the upper village close to the lifts and direct access to the pools. The unit was in great shape. Everything you need for a great stay. Great stay - enjoyed having the smart TVs in both rooms. Was very hot due to being on the top floor but no where in panorama has ac so it’s just part of the trip. Was connected right to the pool so you can go through the hotel right to the change rooms! The balcony was great to have as well, very relaxing.
