"This place is very convenient and walking distance to town to restaurants the market of Papeete. As for cleanness: The rooms need deep cleaning and some touch ups in the rooms. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"Good value for money and close to Grocery store and shops.Location is not the best though and is hard to find by taxi.We had found the remote for the Air Conditioning unit on the first level and turned the unit on.Came back after twenty minutes from our upstairs room and noticed the unit was turned off and the remote missing.When the owners came in to restock the breakfast cereals they noticed it was on and I can only assume they were not happy because the unit was using power and abruptly...
