"When thinking of a stay in the South Pacific, this is the place you imagine. Our host , Virginia, is the most pleasant person one could possibly meet. While swimming in the lagoon, our son came face to face with a shark and we met a very curious octopus. The shark was as surprised as our son and scampered off energetically, much to the disappointment of the rest of us. The black tipped sharks are regulars that navigate the lagoon daily. "This house was perfect in every way for us. We came to Tahiti to celebrate our 55th anniversary. When we arrived we found the house very clean and everything was organized well. There was even coffee and sugar and many condiments. The view from the porch was fantastic. Right on the beach with great breeze. We are planning to return here again. "

"All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. "
