"The hotel has lovely grounds. The facility is clean, modern and well decorated. The room was typically small, like most European rooms with only enough room to walk around the bed with one chair by a small desk. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Beautiful Village,Hotel was well situated and had a good car park and Grounds. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.The Bar was small but comfy.The room was adequate and a large bathroom. We had the set meal for our evening meal ,we were asked if there's anything we didn't like ,and that was it 6 courses were serviced all individual ,tasty and filling.The wine was good no complaints. While the unit itself was, let's just say spartan, a step above camping, the people were nice, the breakfast included was adequate, and there's nothing really to complain about.
