The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking is a big plus and property appears clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out was quick and drama free. The rooms could use updating but otherwise they seemed clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and offered advice on tbings to do. They came every other day to change out the towels, clean the room, and make the bed...first time ive seen that in years! Its convenient to both Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and Long Beach. Its an older motel, but you can tell the family that runs it now is trying to rebuild the place jnto a reliable place to stay. I will definitely be back!

"Close to the park and rooms were cozy and perfect. Only complaint was they closed the pool early one night and I was so looking forward to the hot tub I came back to the hotel early for it. Front desk didn’t even know they closed it early."
