Arrived early for check-in and was told they would try to expedite getting the room ready but still didn’t have our room ready until just after check in time. Some construction going on but caused minimal disruption. We were only there for a short period and ended up not being able to take advantage of the Atlantis attractions. "

"Although the neighbors was extremely loud my family and I enjoyed the experience. The Wi-Fi was horrible but once we informed the front desk they help us in a timely manner and it was no an issue. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and professional. I will stay again."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. The place was a bit outdated for sure but if you’re not planning on staying in your room for the whole day, it won’t bother you. Everything felt very clean. I was a bit frustrated that the one time I went to the beach, the staff member wasn’t there to provide a towel or chair for almost two hours despite it being open. Apart from that, no complaints at all!! Would stay again for the location and price "

The pools were clean, staff was friendly, rooms were spacious.
