"This is our 2nd stay at Le Douluch and it was as good as the 1st time. The house is gorgeous and well laid out. All communication with the owners was very clear and friendly and the manager Suzanne was lovely. The house is in a really tranquil area of France which isn’t hugely touristy but the pool is fabulous and private when the weather is good. We had a few overcast days this time but used that to explore the local area and would definitely recommend the chocolate made by the nuns at Abbaye...

The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."

"The property setting is beautiful! the interior and exterior is immaculate, spacious and extremely accommodating. Vincente is an excellent host, making sure all of our needs were met. I will say it is helpful to have someone who speaks French, my husband is fluent which helped tremendously since Vincente does not speak a word of English. For reference, We were 4 adults and although the listing states sleeps 9 , the double beds are smaller than expected. There are 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds,...

"Maisonnette agréable et spacieuse, seul bémol il y a fait très chaud. Isolation à revoir Un bar/snack serait un plus non négligeable Peut-être prévoir des animations pour que les gens fassent connaissance, au moins un pot d’accueil chaque samedi soir. Parking un peu petit 2 machines à laver est insuffisant et système à revoir car certains squattent les machines. Sinon le lieu est magnifique et le personnel très sympathique "

"Nichée entre le Lot et L’Aveyron, cette maison est pleine de bonne humeur et de caractère. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines à 6 ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et y retournerons avec plaisirs si l’occasion se présente. La maison est idéalement située, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de Cajarc par un petit sentier, pas de vis à vis et une vue superbe sur la vallée du lot. A proximité de nombreuses visites possibles, balades et plages dans la vallée du Célé. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles....

We had a wonderful time in the house, that is perfectly situated as starting point of many travels and day trips to surrounding towns and hikes. "This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

A stunning hotel in a very pretty town

"The stunning building has wow factors at every turn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, well decorated, and completely individual. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the centre of this beautiful old town that is well worth exploring. I recommend staying here to anyone. "

"Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."
