"The hotel itself is very nice including the exterior grounds and seems to be in good condition, and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a huge apartment-style cottage which was really great. Most of the service was good, but the hotel seems to be short-handed, eg. we had to wait a little while checking out because there was only one guy working at the front desk although there was a line. The biggest disappointment was at the Royce Steakhouse where the wagyu steak we ordered was...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years. Staff have always been helpful and nice. Clean room, new towels and rags every day. 10 outa 10 would recommend and stay again. Only complaint is that the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. "

"Overall, the stay was very good. Room was spacious and clean. There were a couple of nits. One -- the room has some built in USB ports -- however, for the room I was in, they did not work. There was also a lamp on the desk that did not appear to have an on/off switch. The only way to turn it off -- you had to unplug it. Lastly, the breakfast area was in an open air area. Which could be a little cold in the morning. All minor nits -- but overall a pleasant stay."

"Requested handicapped/accessible when placing reservation but was told none were available. I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk. I was told to wait and a roll in shower should become available. I waited…… I finally got a room but received a step in shower instead. Still risky but managed to get in.
