Overall exceptional experience. The lobby, room, restaurants, and pool area were excellent. Was sad to leave the property. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. They went the extra mile to help locate a lost cellphone. Having the Terminal 21 mall attached next to the hotel was a plus.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is amazing. The breakfast has so many choices and everything is attended to so the food is always refreshed and in order. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and weights for a good workout. I didn’t swim, but the water park looked incredible and everyone there was having a great time. You can walk right into the huge shopping mall from the lobby, which has every store you can think of, as well as dozens of restaurants. Great place to stay in Pattaya.
