"Unfortunately, we only had one night to spend in Hilo-wish it could’ve been longer. This is an older hotel I believe, but the front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. The room was quite comfortable, the bed was great-we had a little balcony looking over the bay. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see much off the balcony when I was sitting down because it’s not plexi glass so you can’t really see through it unless you stand up. But it’s a great view.
