"Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site."

"This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great."

"Property is in renovation . They should not accept booking when they are renovating. Flies were all around resort . Food taste was bad . Swimming pool was not working . Not worthy of any charge they are charging"

"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. "We stayed for 4 nights. I highly recommend getting breakfast and dinner/lunch buffet. The room was clean with a balcony. Amenities were great. Very talented chefs. Great staff. Buffet had a great variety of food as well as live food stations. Housekeeping was good. Easy beach access. "

"This really was a Soul Sanctuary. The property itself is amazing. It’s a nature’s paradise with lush greenery and pops of color. The beach area is spotless and inviting on a blistering day. The villas were immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The staff at the St Regis were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, polite and fun to converse with. The food was delicious and fresh. The activities and spa was also great. I highly recommend the St Regis if you are planning a trip to Goa."
