We waited 40 minutes just for simple coffee, and the housekeeping staff often forgot to provide towels, clean cups, and refill hand wash and aloe vera. "Lots of monkeys at the property!! Felt quite safe. Just have to becareful with food laying around the monkeys will come snatch you!! Hotel staff usually helps looking after you. I get to witness a monkey stealing the lobby cookie jar!! It was hilarious!! The monkeys don’t bother me, entertainment and drama everyday :) "
