Fabulous villa
Fabulous villa in a lovely location near the beach. Villa is very clean and had everything we needed including use of a car. We only used the car for short journeys to supermarket but this was very useful. Beach and nearest supermarket is a 10 min walk. We enjoyed several local restaurants in coral bay and paphos . Also excellent communication with Louise who responded quickly and helped us with a late check out. Highlights are sitting on the balcony watching the amazing sunsets and using the sunbeds by the pool.plus the lovely welocome package of wine, bread and snacks . Highly recommended

A great Villa in a splendid location with easy access to the beach and town centre. The Villa had many little extras in the kitchen and was equipped very well. Louise was a fantastic host, always happy to help with any questions. Any family would have a fabulous time at this Villa!

Fantastic Villa
The villa is fantastic, it is very well equipped with everything we needed, and more. The use of the car is an added bonus that meant we were able to explore more of Paphos than we have on previous visits. The pool area is great with various spots in the sun and shade throughout the day. Louise is super friendly and gave us lots of hints and tips on places to go and restaurants to try. Overall, the villa gave us a lovely base for our holiday - we couldn’t have asked for more!

Fantastic villa
A wonderful property, fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heat, as was the large pool. Louise was an excellent host, available if needed. The use of the car was an added bonus and Louise's arrangement for airport transfers was seamless. Highly recommended.

Perfect for relaxing holiday
We had a very relaxing 2 weeks staying at Chilbury Mortimer. Excellent location as only 5 min stroll to the beach. Use of the car is great, especially to stock up at the main supermarket 5 mins away. Also used it to go up into the Troodos mountains, visit Paphos & visit some restaurants. Louise was an excellent host, always on hand to answer any queries and called in to see us a couple of times.

Great family holiday
Lovely well equipped villa. The pool is large and clean. Within walking distance of lovely restaurant and bars. Having the car is an added bonus which allowed us to explore and easily get to water parks and sights. Louise the owner could not be more helpful. All in all a great holiday.

From start to finish, Louise the owner could not have done any more. She had booked a taxi to pick us up from the Airport but due to strike action we were diverted to Larnaca and kept in touch with us until we made it to the villa. Directions to the villa were spot on. Only downside was the fridge which was not cooling food down but quickly sorted by Louise’s maintenance team. Lovely grounds and villa is exactly as described and the free use of Louise’s car was a bonus. Would definitely recommend Chilbury Mortimer and thanks Louise for everything.

Lovely, spacious villa
Lovely property, loads of space and seating, big patio garden. Owner really helpful, and really easy having the car provided. Only downside was that the pool was in shade from late morning on, so didn't get very much heat from sunshine, water was OK midday but chilly by mid afternoon.

Beautiful Coral Bay Villa
We had a lovely relaxing stay, everything was provided for our stay and a welcome pack of essentials after a late flight. Pool was fantastic,. Louise was very helpful and a great host. We were able to contact her with any queries and dealt with promptly.The use of the free vehicle was great and we were able to explore the area. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Chilbury was very chilled
The property was not only spacious but was very well layed out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to accommodate our needs with a very handy dishwasher to do all the hardwork. The pool was large enough for a large family to enjoy and although it was not heated, it was very refreshing after a hot day. The bonus with this villa, it comes with a car for your private use, very helpful when shopping for a large family, together with visits to local attractions. I would not hesitate to book this villa when visiting Cyprus again.

Booked this villa based on previous reviews and can say it is a lovely villa, lived up to expectations and previous reviews. It is more than fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Louise is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible and is always available should you need her. The use of Louise's car is a definite bonus.

The villa is exactly as advertised and positioned towards the western end of Coral Bay A car really is necessary - even thought there are a number of shops close by - and the use of the owners car is an absolute godsend! Very well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your visit ... and for those who might feel a chill at night (we visited in January!) - the owner even includes snuggle blankets so you can sit outside and enjoy the stars! The owner herself went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and her personal touch was much appreciated Highly recommended!

Wonderfully relaxing villa
Chilbury Mortimer is one of those rare holiday places where the reality is actually better than the photos that you see on the internet. It is well laid out, with a variety of different spaces such that a larger group does not all need to be in the same place at the same time. Louise is a wonderful host and the welcome pack in the fridge was excellent after a long day of travelling to get there. Whilst we were there principally to enjoy the weather and a couple of weeks of relaxation (rather than do any sightseeing) it was very useful to have the use of the car at the villa, not just to go to the supermarket, but also because whilst it would be possible to walk from the villa into the main strip in Coral Bay it would be a good 25 minute walk. Cannot praise the villa highly enough - we liked it so much we are coming back in July 22 for another stay.

A proper home away from home
Fantastic property and host. The property has everything you would need if you lived there permanently, it was a proper home away from home with everything taken care of. The welcome pack and other touches from the host were more generous than anywhere else we have stayed. We didn’t use the car that much other than trips to the shops, but it was much appreciated. My wife and I wanted a week of total rest and relaxation which this rental delivered in abundance. We cannot wait to book again.
