"The Lamphey Hall is a great place to stay situated just outside Pembroke. Upon arrival the staff are friendly and welcome and nothing is an issue. The room is well presented, comfortable with sky TV. All the amenities are available including coffee/tea and complimentary shampoo and body wash. There is plenty of off street parking. The bar is a welcoming place to sit and have a quiet drink with the bar friendly bar staff. Highly recommended."

"Great location, generally clean and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water and great underfloor heating downstairs. Very intermittent Wi-Fi, issue with dead flies everywhere. One set of bunk beds is sized for small children only not mentioned on listing. Hot tub demands 24/7 supervision to keep wood burner alight and water hot. However stunning local walks, beaches and scenery. A great retreat location for R&R. "

Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. "On check-in, the desk person seemed displeased that the reservation had been made through Expedia. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Everything else about the room was pleasant. "Lovely setting, well established country hotel. Not many staff so very little interaction. A bit of an odd set up with breakfast at extra cost but you have to book it the night before - either hot or continental. The receptionist forgot to tell me this so it was a bit awkward when we came down to an empty dining room, not knowing what was available to us. That was too much of a faf for us so it was easier to go elsewhere fore breakfast, easier and cheaper."
