They were happy to look after our bags while we waited for our room to be ready (as we had turned up early) We had a wonder around cardiff and then we received a message to let us know the room was ready for us. It was a very lovely corner room, very clean, tidy and comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay! Would recommend and would definitely come back.x"

"Entire break was excellent. Let down by queuing for breakfast at Steak on Six as they looked under staffed. Made all meal bookings at reception when checking in but first nights meal at Pad was not in their system. They were full so squeezed us into a table but not what you would expect. Apart from these minor issues the overall stay was excellent and staff are tremendous "
