"A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. Great place Great staff👍

"Beautiful place, very clean, great room, well organised hotel, 99% of staff very happy to help it was fantastic to see, only one morning chief grumpy & rude however it’s no reflection on the rest of the staff they were fantastic. Reasonable choice of food for dinner however the steak we ordered was tough which should not happen in a classy place like the Grand Central Hotel plus the beer a little on the warm side and red wine should not be chilled in fridge only kept on the self. Nowhere is 100% perfect, overall we loved the place and will return to stay again soon."
