"I usually stay here because of the location on Najing Rd, makes it easy to just go out and enjoy Shanghai. Close to metro station East Nanjing Rd. Another big reason I always try to stay here is the breakfast buffet!! Simply amazing way to start your day with everything you can ask for."

"Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"What an incredible stay! Location is perfect since it'a walking distance to the Gala mall with tons of food options, and the surrounding is so clean and quiet. Incredible attention to details, from top to bottom. We got the lounge access room and it was amazing. The buffect breakfast is so conprehensive that my teenage kids both love it.
