"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

Not a great view out the front but this place has character and not your average modern hotel layout but shabby chic with a bit of funk. "The hotel was in a great location and was fanastic. Despite being only a 15 minute walk into the waterfront, there is a shuttle that can be used free of charge every hour. Drinks and food was very good and good pricing. "

"Beautiful new property. Location excellent to explore market and muslim section but evening can look bit scary as there are homeless around. I wouldn’t mind staying rather here and take Uber around that is about $4 to go anywhere around town and be in nice property than to be at Waterfront that is located close to the restaurants but is very wore down. Loved this hotel"

"The hotel had an excellent restaurant and the room was very comfortable. The really great thing was the minibus service to the airport. We had a really helpful staff member who drove with us in the hotel car to the Europcar drop-off point so that I could drop my hire car off the night before - he then brought me back to the hotel in his hotel car. We were then able to take the 06.30am minibus the next morning, straight to the airport departure lounge, without having the hassle of dealing with the hire car very early the next day."

"Right across street from Klok market which was exotic and delightful. Overall experience was wonderful- staff was courteous and kind. Due to market set up each morning (clanging of metal booths), be aware if you are seeking a place a to sleep late - or have ear plugs. I would very much stay here again!"
