"This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."

"This is not a traditional hotel with a lobby or services. The check-in counter is open to the street and next to a cafe. The room is nice though, with enough space for two and a small sink area. It is close to some tourist spots. There were, however, people panhandling around the area that made us feel not that safe staying out too late."

It worked out with our stay, we just made sure we took uber from the hotel which is very convenient when we want to go places…But the area where the hotel is located is not safe to walk around especially at night. I will still recommend the hotel because of the staff’s excellent service. Especially for cruisers since it’s near the cruise ports."
