"This is a great resort to stay at, the room is nice and the services are great, we got a day tour from the hotel as well and we were served very well. Despite the hotel packages are more expensive than outside, the extra costs do deliver a much better experience and service, making the money's worth."

"This place was absolutely beautiful, incredible wooden architecture. Super comfortable bed, clean and quiet location. Gorgeous valley runs through the property with an oasis of tropical plant life. Staff were incredible, personally never been to such a welcoming and peaceful place. Highly recommend taking a break from the chaos of Bali while still being immersed in this wonderful culture. Highly recommend and will definitely return."

"Fantastic location with beautiful rooms. You can snorkel off the reef and see turtles and octopus. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. Very close to massage parlours and shops. I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around."

"First of all,their English language is very poor so we got a very hard communication with the staff. Towels smelled very bad. Dirty fridge. Bathroom smells bad and humid.they clean every 2 days in light way. Thrush outside the room stay for 3 days . 3 items for Breakfast we have to pay for 2 only one eggs with toast included and you pay for pancakes & rice . "Absolutely loved it. New hotel,amszing rooms neat and tidy. Loved the infinity pool especially swimming during the sunset. Unlike other resorts in Bali, you can swim till 10 PM. Late checkout was also available. View is gorgeous. Not too many rooms ,so it felt very comfortable with not many guests . Staff was available instantly even to put the music we requested. The villa we stayed in however was big but oddly empty of furniture, could have used another chair and or sofa inside vs lots of empty floor space. WiFi was very weak and spotty so had to go to the lobby or a nearby cafe to get some work done. "Best staff soo far. They are helpful with everything what you need and are able to give you a ride for more than fair price. (Way cheaper than dock taxi). Overal it’s a really good place to be and close to all good spots. Don’t expect anything brand new and luxury, but everything is functional worth to price. They got a nice clean pool and drinks for more than fair price. If we will be back at Nusa Penida, we will be staying there for sure. "

"Great location, great service. It’s a walking distance to the kelingking beach. We stayed two nights there so we can have whole day to spend at the kelingking beach. It was quite challenging to climb down to the beach and climb back again. There’s no public toilets nearby, the only ones belong to the local shops which you have to pay and does not look so clean. "The Hilton Bali Resort is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It is perfect for families and has great pools and a private beach to enjoy. The dining facilities are top quality with lots of options. The breakfast is awesome and my whole family enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and well kept. While the rooms are lovely, some of the wear and tear is visible in the bathroom (eg: repairs to tiles & grout), but this in no way impacts the comfort, quality and cleanliness of the room."

"Luxurious hotel with superb facilities and services. Location is isolated as expected for hotel at this level, everything can be done in the hotel with the price. Nice and big room with bathtub and bidet toilet. Food is excellent, love the crispy duck. Love the idea about "departure lounge" where we can use the hotel facilities while waiting for plane as an alternative for "late check out" which mostly only for 1 hr. Definitely will be back. "
