"We had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy with a big comfortable bed. I slept so well and didn't want to get out of bed. The host was so lovely and friendly. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was nicely decorated and the delicious breakfast with a lot of selections. We will stay here again. Our dog also had a great time as it was very pet friendly! "Grove and Pablo were perfect hosts, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The stunning Georgian property is 15 minutes from Penzance and 10 minutes from Newlyn which was lovely and has lots of good restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from and all home made by Pablo including the bread, pastries and the delicious savoury muffins. We had a wonderful, relaxing break. "

"In time of COVID-19 it’s different to manage a regular stay. It was an easy check in, our key was in an envelope waiting for us and we were directed to our room. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered and left of a tray outside our room daily at 8am. The house is located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and parking was easy along the road, we didn’t struggle to park the whole of our 4 days. Would recommend "
