"Well placed with harbour view, we had good weather but good view even in bad weather. Two pubs with meals a few steps away. Quiete at night. All facilities provided. Well placed t visit Newlyn and Penzance features. Helpful host."

"Warm and Cosy. Our host Senan was kind and helpful, he stepped in and provided his Mobile charger. Due to the poor internet (Cornwall Problem) a DVD player would have been most welcome. Don't let the tight access to parking put you off booking."

"Stayed for 4 nights in this lovely home directly opposite the sea in Penzance. The place was very clean upon arrival, check in was easy with great directions from the train station, it was very well appointed and comfortable, even having an electric 'faux fire' to complete the cosiness of the room. Beds were comfortable and location was great. "

"Just amazing. Property is beautiful and very central to everywhere we wanted to visit. So quiet! Hosts are extremely friendly and lovely people. Our doggie loved their two dogs. I honestly couldn’t fault the properly. It is simply stunning, totally relaxing and perfectly positioned. Thank you David and Coralie for a wonderful stay. We will highly recommend this to all our friends 😊"

"We arrived half an hour early but the property was ready. We had a couple of problems which were sorted out within a couple of hours. Lovely airey property with relaxing views. Balcony off the kitchen was nice and relaxing with a coffee/glass of wine. Would recommend. Amenities not far away either!"

"This property was perfect for our stay in Cornwall, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is small, but it is very well appointed and comfortable. The location to parking was good not too far of walk. We would stay here again."

"The property was as expected. Clean tidy and in a very convenient location. When we arrived it wasn't immediately identifiable as there was no name or house number visible from lane where the narrow pathway leads to the property. The water in the shower room ran intermittently hot/cold. Additionally there didn't appear to be any bags for recycling and the black box for glass recycling was full of paint/building materials. Overall we would consider booking this property again and recommend it as...
