"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck! Just a 5min walk from the central train station and all the shopping you can handle. The Christmas market is also just a few minute walk as well as the Colorful Houses. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. There is a full bar and the brother/sister bartending team are super friendly. There is an observation deck on the top floor giving you Benavides of the city and mountains. Great photo opportunity! "

"This hotel and room were very quaint and cozy. Staff member at front desk was lovely and helpful letting us know how to get around and what to do. We walked to and from Old Town and the train station without a problem (and) could have ridden the bus which was close with the visitors card we were provided free for staying 2 nights.
