"This is a unique hotel. The building is multi use as there are apartments, student housing, and hotel rooms in the same building. The virtual check in was simple as we got an email once we could check in and it explained everything we needed to know to park, get into the building, and get into our room. We were lucky because the property manager was in the lobby when we arrived and she was very nice and helpful! The room was great! Lots of space! The room had a refrigerator (hidden in a cabinet)...

"This was a trip was a very pleasant experience. Orlando went over and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. One morning they were out of hot water and orange juice, so Orlando got us some hot water for our hot chocolate and oatmeal. Then, he offered my friend some orange juice. Also, had a nice conversation with the sweet lady who maintained the breakfast buffet. Even though we were translating from our apps on our phones, we managed with a good conversation. It's the small acts of kindness that goes a long way and it builds a solid business rapport with customers and hotel management. We will definitely be back. One thing that I would like Staybridge to consider, please put towel racks in the bathroom. Where should your quest put their bath towels after they use them? Towel racks are a necessity. Thank you"

"The young lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though I had put 11 am as my check out time and had the do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady still knocked and sounded like she was a little frustrated because I was still there and she couldn’t go in to clean. When I left she had barely started cleaning on the opposite end of the floor. I felt rushed because of that. The food at breakfast was good but there was very little variety as far as types of bread (just wheat and white, no bagels or English muffins). The kitchen staff seemed very nice as well."

"Staff was great. The room was spacious and pet friendly. Which is a plus. If you looked closely, you’d find a little overlook maintenance. Paint chipped here a loose screw there. However, The room was clean. The stay was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt like they were competitively priced. I would stay here again. "
