"Well appointed hotel, modern, clean, stylish and room was same as well as being quiet at night. All staff encountered were courteous and helpful. Nice and handy for the G Live venue (next door) and less than 5 mins from town centre. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!"

"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "
