Great weekend stay in Chestnut Hill area
This house worked perfectly for our needs for our family and friends. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay for the weekend and remarked how nice it was to stay here. Location was very convenient for us. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again if we need to be in this area again for a gathering or event.

Great location!
Perfect location if you are looking to stay outside of downtown. You can live like a local and walk to shops, dining, train, etc. Property is very tidy. Note that you do share walls, as this is not a freestanding home. That said, you will hear the neighbors on occasion. And while the location is great, it's on a busier street so you will also hear street noise. However, any hotel in downtown you will also likely hear neighbors and street noise! Certainly recommended for a fun suburban Philly stay!

Better than the best!
This stay had all the charm of an heirloom property but with modern amenities and a host that was better than the best. The neighborhood was charming; the property was clean and well appointed. Our “mother of the bride” group found this the perfect place to feel at home during a very special occasion.
