The grounds were truly very beautiful. Well maintained and very neat and clean. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. Beds were roomy, clean and very comfortable Breakfast was questionable. There were some under ripe pears and coffee. My only real complaint was the codes to get in. For an elderly person like myself it was very user unfriendly. Complicated and goodness sake if you forgot your phone with the codes on them you were in trouble. Fees for parking was also unreasonable. Other than that I had a most restful and quiet stay and would definitely come again.

The property itself was great. It had a nice ambiance. The bar ,lobby, restaurant and outside area was great as well. The problem I had was that parking was not free as well as housekeeping. I get not having people on site to check in to save money.

When I got to the hotel, the room was muggy and humid. And my bedsheets were also a little wet and I’m not sure if it was from them not trying it all the way or it was because the room was humid. Other than that room was clean but did have a wet smell.

You have to pay for parking and it is not in a safe location. It is alley. They assign you a spot and when you arrive someone is parked in your location aside from the spot being really far from the room. They did not assign a location close to the assigned room.

This is a beautiful hotel in very nice are (especially if you plan to stay multiple days). Everything in the room is great. As a person who is not very advance in modern "remote business through messages and web" model, I had trouble with check-in, because there is no reception/person in the hotel. This is why my overall experience is not 5-star.

Beds were comfortable. Its proximity to restaurants was an issue. Did not have daily maid service. Need to relocate the shower gels, shampoo, conditioner rack to the entrance end of the shower.

Check in was difficult, all self service. Staff was helpful w process. Be sure to fill out form on link to get your room number and gate code. If you can't upload your photo ID, call and they will upload photo from text and you can finish form. Charged me $10 for parking with out consent. Charged my card 5 times, reversing 3. I'm waiting for my$200 deposit to be released. Nice coffee machine, no cream. Bed, room, amenities excellent for price.

The self service and self check in was new for me. But after contacting the staff via text, they answered all my questions pretty easily. Was a nice quiet stay and lots of amenities. Definitely would stay again.

I rate this poor because they advertised "Complimentary Parking" on tgeir websiteand charge $10 a day for Parking. I brought this to their attention with a Screenshot and they said "Thank you for letting me know about that. It was complimentary until 2 months ago, it seems we didn´t change the information there" And I still got charged. False Advertising. Also the $200 Security Deposit is exorbitant

Very clean, serene, gated, and in a safe area. Easy check-in and check-out. Have stayed here twice and will definitely be doing so again!

The hotel was amazing and so perfect to have a pet with us! They had lots of area to walk and even the area outside the hotel was perfect for taking him on a walk! And the hotel staff was outstanding they responded so quickly and even with my many questions they were always kind and quick it took so much stress of my shoulders! I couldn’t have found a better place we will be back again soon!! Thank you!!

Customer service was amazing when I wanted to extend my stay. It's a quiet and cozy place with comfy beds and a unique thing is the bidets.
