The property was always immaculately maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back from 2nd road which made it quiet and peaceful, but also being conveniently close enough to multiple restaurants, massage shops, and shopping-it’s a short walk to the iconic Terminal 21 mall and it’s right next door to Tiffany’s Show. It’s also on the Baht Bus route so it was easy to hop on one and catch a ride to Beach Road. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends or family who visit Pattaya.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! Best hotel in Thailand. ขอบคุณ

"Gorgeous hotel on the river of Ayutthaya. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel restaurant is top notch, with a wide variety of dishes. The food was very high quality and well presented.
