"The beds are comfy, the rooms are big and the balcony was great. Small thing but rather than making the bed, they folded the bedding. You’d walk in and put your dirty stuff down on the sheets that you were going to be sleeping in. Breakfast was very good. The pool and beach are both lovely. We didn’t enjoy the live music most nights, sometimes you want to enjoy the sunset with the sound of the waves and kids playing. The restaurant was overpriced. "Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. Other than this was lovely hotel very clean, breakfast was amazing so much choice and variety. Hotel has its own stunning private beach too. One of them hotels where you don’t need to leave "

"The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak...

"We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back! "

"Located in a very strategic area. There are number of restaurants,bars and mini Marts nearby. The Phu Quoc tour bus stop is very nearby to this property. Rooms were quite small but they were ok. The staffs were extremely helpful and I would rate beyond Excellent for this."
