"This resort is large and broad, access to the beach was a little wayward unless you stayed at the beachfront villa. You would need transportation to visit outside the resort, due to this reason we may stay close to Duong Dong city for more accessing to nearby location. "Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. "Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. Staff were attentive most of the time, but not all the staff were good. "
