"We loved staying at this hotel. We found the room a good retreat and comfortable. This room was an elite room with pool view and for us the perfect choice. It was clean, the Airconditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. If you stay i’d recommend including breakfast, it set us up well for the day and starts from 6.30am. Sometimes it’s a bit difficult to get a chair by the pool as people hold spots with their towels. Location was in a lively spot of patong so there are lots of choices for food and it comes alive at night. Expect a bit of noise as would be expected to be in a great location - but we didn’t have problems sleeping. Staff were friendly. I’d recommend this place! 😊"

"Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly from cleaners to reception and bar staff and gardeners/ pool people. All happy to help. Very clean. Towels daily at pool. Pool bar was perfect. Arranged a couple of trips whilst there by rep which worked well. Breakfast very expensive. Room was nice shower was great and room service. Great location for getting in and out onto main beach including shops etc. had a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏"
