"The staffs are very friendly even some of them do not know English. However, most of them can communicate with basic English. The facility in the resort need more days to fully enjoy the place. Too bad we planned our trip too rush. We should stay round at least three days. Dining experience is great and it is so close to the famous main attraction of the area. "

"We loved our stay here. Maurizio and his wife are so friendly and hospitable. Amazing hosts-from helping make sure our car tires were properly inflated, making dinner reservations for us at the Italian restaurant next door (which was very good) to making breakfast for us the next morning. "We love this hotel and will keep returning. The grounds are extensive and lovely; the hotel itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with spacious communal areas. "The apartment was beautiful and a perfect location for seeing the Bienniale. Around the corner is a wonderful restaurant. The agent who helped us was responsive and kind. "Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings. Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! We had massages after a couple of days in Rome which were amazing leaving us renewed for our Tuscan roadtrip! very very recommended! "

"Nice ancient residence, lots of antique furniture & ambience, quiet w/comfy bed. Bathroom needed attention so shower wand fits wall & doesnt crash into the bath tub if moved & need a tub plug. Would be nice to add small lotion with bath soap to make this a more kuxurious stay. And the ancient door was VERY difficuot to lock in and out. Not good fire risk but you could knock the doo down if nec. Must make reservation for fabulous lake side dinner. Stroll down Viale Nicola Colesanti to lake side...

"If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...
