"The property had tons of amenities like free, laundry, and lots of hangout spaces if you needed to work. The only thing I didn’t like is, I tried calling the front desk a few times to get extra things sent to my room and nobody ever answered. They are also on a very busy street which they are doing a lot of construction so there were times at night that it was noisy. "

The location was fantastic; very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Uffizi, Academia Galleria, Duomo, etc! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. "The service here is absolutely incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a former palace and the fresco in the breakfast room is worth the price of admission. There is an excellent restaurant across the street where we enjoyed a Florintine Steak Extravaganza. Get the breakfast- totally a steal. Location also perfect especially if you are arriving by train.
