"This is THE place to stay! This piazza is the main place in the whole of Mantua, and you'll be right next to everything. "Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "

"The check in staff was nice and friendly. The antico residence hotel is under ABC hotel so go to ABC hotel instead. The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise.
