"Well what a really pleasant place, surpassed all expectations. We stayed in The Horseshoe Suite and it was perfect for a short stay. Our only problem would have been the bath size - small, but the shower was more than adequate. The bed was very large and very comfortable with exceptionally white bed linen, every where was very clean and tidy. "Were ever I travel in Britain if there is a best western that is the hotel I stay at ,so far I have never been let down by a clean good size room,friendly staff and excellent breakfast."
"Our stay was lovely: the manageress, bar staff and waitresses were all welcoming. They provided information about the local area and showed interest when we returned after our days out.
We stayed three nights in a very comfortable room, with a good selection at breakfast. We ate in one evening which very tasty.

"Lovely property in the village of Pickering,parking available on premises.Lovely and clean inside and everything you would need for your break.Right in the heart of the village with shops in walking distance and close to the castle.
The only downside was communication,it took 3 emails then a phone call to get any response regarding staying an extra night.There needs to be a mirror in the front bedroom over the dressing table ,had to use the other guest room to dry my hair and then we had to move the big mirror near a socket plug.There needs to be an outside light outside the door at night ,we couldn’t see a thing when we arrived back at night.This is a downstairs apartment so bare in mind that there is noise from the upstairs guests especially if they have children running up and down the room.
You can’t get into your property till 4 pm but have to be out by 10am which is not even 24hours in the property!"
