I didn't like that I requested a first floor room on the front of the building if they had it. We were on second floor. I know there was at least one room open and was still open when we left.

For a $50 room, I wasn’t expecting a five star stay but this was worse than I anticipated. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, hair in the shower and bathroom floor. There were also bugs in the room. When my wife asked the staff for clean bed linens, one employee started cussing and complaining while the other employee rolled her eyes. Other customers were there asking for towels and washcloths that hadn’t been put in the room. They reluctantly gave my wife more bedding, all while huffing and puffing about it. Again, I knew not to expect a “top of the line” room at $50 but I at least expected clean and professional. Luckily this was just a one night stay for a quick overnight stop. Next time I’ll pay a little more somewhere else, I won’t be staying here again.

This property is a dump with auto repairs going on, a meth lab on the premises, on the web they advertise pool and breakfast. The pool is closed and they don’t have breakfast or coffee. They also have phony charges they put on my credit card. I caught them and they do nothing. The woman at the desk liked to hear herself talk and would not listen to anything I said even though I showed her the proof.

The workers were rude and the unprofessional. Someone asked for an extra towel so everyone in their room could have one and the worker laughed at him saying that probably won’t happen. We only have two towels for two nights with three guests. The grounds weren’t clean. There were stink bugs and roaches in the room. We didn’t have the money to go somewhere else since this was already paid for. I can’t believe this hotel is even listed as an option on this app. Not worth it and would never recommend.

Drawbacks: Property is very old, not well maintained. microwave not functioning, intercom phone not working, some odd smoking smell in room and common walking areas so had to open my room for sometime to let fresh air in. Pros: Good at the price it was offered and based on its location. Beds and Linen are good so not bad for staying and resting in one day short trips. All city attractions are very close. Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains Townsend entry are close drive. So overall its ok. Little improvement in property basic maintenance and staffing will make it perfect.
