The elevator situation was inconvenient, my crew was on the fourth floor, constantly taking the stairs after long days of walking on the island or Gatlinburg strip, but i didn’t mind the extra leg workout lol. Parking space is a little odd but overall seems safe. The bath mat in our room had gunk, hair, and grime on it from previous people/stays - we ended up not using it! Breakfast is good & beds are comfortable! Overall the hotel is worth the price you pay.

Our room was right above the lower parking deck drive and every time a car drove over the metal part, it made a very loud bang. Not very soundproof at all. We stayed 3 nights and only had housekeeping come in on the 3rd day (our choice), but they made the bed with the same sheets without even shaking them out first. They didn’t leave any clean towels, and no coffee pods or coffee cup refills in the room. It is a very nice hotel with some nice amenities though.

The property wasn’t perfect and I am talking about the parking situation, but the location is everything. Literally located near all of the major attractions, although that also added to the traffic in peak times of the day.
