"Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "Fantastic hotel, the staff polite and very helpful, nothing too difficult . We had a problem with the room, it was promptly sorted, Mickey was absolutely great. The rooms spacious. The restaurant staff great. Taj cape town has become my new fav hotel. I will absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my return to cape town. "
