"The staff at Hotel Nederland REALLY wants you to feel at home. The absolute best service I have met in a hotel - outstanding! If I could give them 6 stars I would.
Hotel is clean, up to date, has nice bathrooms, bikes to lend (free of charge), umbrella and deckchairs included at the beautiful beach, parking in park house and they take you the upon arrival and drive you back.

"The Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are renovated and in good condition. The beach is only 50 meters from the hotel away, and you get an umbrella and teo sunbeds, with included beach safe! That was the best, we had no worries about going swimming together!

"Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt am Kanal, der Caorle von Santa Margherita trennt - eine kleine Fähre verbindet die Orte.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem grossen Garten, einer kleinen Poolanlage, Privatstrand und eher ruhig gelegen. Es gibt genügend Sonnenliegen und Schirme mit viel Platz. Hunde sind willkommen und fühlen sich auch wohl, was uns sehr freut.
Das Essensangebot ist ausgewogen und lecker.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der übervolle Pool, viele Kleinkinder, die sich mit...

My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

"My husband and I were one of only a few couples along with many families!. We didn't realize it was vacation time for Italians. The hotel manager was extremly nice and even apologized that we were with so many kids, but it was honestly fine. Breakfast was excellent and the whole place is very clean with friendly/helpful staff. Bikes were great, beach great, free parking. Enjoyed our stay and would reco to families with kids."
"Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wobei der deutliche Chlorgeruch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Der Balkon hatte ein paar Risse im Putz, die den Gesamteindruck aber kaum trübten.
Der Poolbereich war angenehm, könnte jedoch etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam – mitunter fast etwas zu engagiert."

"From our arrival to our departure the staff were simply lovely. We were greeted by the receptionist with a warm and welcoming smile. The smiles continued with the breakfast staff, the room cleaners, the barman on duty in the evenings. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of foods including cereals, dried and fresh fruit, pastries etc.
The hotel is situated on the beach front and a short walk from the town centre. Our room was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with shower and bidet. Our only criticism was that the room was quite cramped with our 2 suitcases having to takeup floor space. We had a nice balcony with a direct view to the beach."

"Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool. "
