"Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. "

"We had a wondrrful family vacation. The house is very nice and beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the spacious deck on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were slow and the only other issue we had was the location of the dock was a little deceiving. Overall it was a great vacation! . "

"Nice house with gorgeous views of the lake. Well stocked with the exception of a wine opener. The only negative comment I have is the property isn’t being cleaned/maintained as it should. "Had a wonderful quiet, two nights stay with our dogs. The home is decorated beautifully and the relationship to Cumberland gap is perfect! The town is quaint and cute and everyone is very friendly. "The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. "Great house. Very clean with good amenities. Good lake access, but it has quite a height distance from the patio to the dock/lake which wasn't as apparent from the listing. But for those without mobility issues, the stairs/ramp down to the dock is well maintained and managable. The access road is narrow and the driveway has a tight turn back to the road when exiting, but as long as you're not pulling a trailer, then that isn't an issue. This is definitely a great choice for a large party....

"My family was super impressed with this home! It’s huge and offers plenty of space. Having two kitchens was a bonus with our large group. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but someone was sent out immediately and took care of it. They were so nice and helpful! I’d recommend having more bath linens in the bathrooms. Otherwise wonderful stay! We’d come back for sure!"

"This place was exactly what we needed. 24 women and every room has its on bathroom this was perfect. Communication was excellent with the host. Norris Nook is a beautiful home. If you are thinking about a place to rent for a large group, this property is excellent. The gameroom was nice, the location is great. "We had a relaxing stay! While the weekend got a little busy, we found that week days on the lake, and at the cabin were quiet and peaceful. We rented a boat from the Sugar Hollow Marina and were very pleased to discover how close by it was. The dock and the deck were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy the lake and the views. "We had and excellent time during our stay! The place is exactly as advertised and offers some very nice views of the leaves changing colors in the fall. We played a very challenging round of golf at course right up the road on Friday and then hung out and watched college football while grilling with a fire all of Saturday.
