"Property was nice and quiet. Breakfast was alright and freshly made. Would encourage them to prohibit alcohol consumption in the pool area. Half drunk people in the pool and hot tub created awkward situations for people with young families. "

"Very nice and clean property. Close to the beach and Avila Beach. Only issue I had was there was a little bit of mold on the shower curtain on the inside and the hot water took a long time to get hot. "

"Wonderful stay just a block from the ocean. All bedrooms are upstairs so you’ll get a workout but who wants to spend time walking upstairs when you’re so close to the beach you can walk on the sand. All appliances worked perfectly and home was equipped with everything you needed, except for a rice cooker, lol. Outdoor shared BBQ was a great addition. Second story small patio had a table and chairs for fresh outdoor air! "

Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back. "
