Work crew guest parked in handicap parking. Not enough handicap rails in proper place for toilet and need different type door to bathroom for more privacy. Lighting in room was extremely dim! Need much brighter lighting in room. Had 2 full size beds in room, Need at least one queen or king size bed in the handicap room. And a reclining chair instead of the sitting chair.

This was supposed to be a NON-SMOKING HOTEL!! Our room wreaked of cigarette smell and there was only 1 large towel when our room had 2 adults in it. We requested a handicapped room and received and upstairs room, No there wasn't an elevator for us to ride in either!! Worst experience ever!

The staff are super friendly and helpful 😊 This is easy top 10 stays for me in the last decade. Well kept nothing super fancy however completely up to date clean and well presented.
