The comfort of the bed and the shower were both great. Everything other than that was not at all what I would have expected for a hotel with such a great reputation. No free WiFi, dirty bathroom, the TV didn’t work unless you shut it off and on 20 times, the AC unit in the room made a loud sound every time it turned on and off.
