Property doesn't treat customers booking through Expedia. they gave us a room pretty much in the basement but had a window but it was on the same floor has the laundry and staff working. pretty noisy

The complex is in a quiet area but very close to stores, attractions and the local scene. Facilities are clean and we got a note they are continuing to improve each unit now and into the future.

A quick trip for us but the unit was great! Clean, spacious and the kitchenette was set up with everything you would need. Elevator near unit was down but it appeared they were doing service repairs on it. We would return here again.

I liked the easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Close to Lenox, Stockbridge, hiking and kayaking on Lake Onota. Excellent access to professional theatre companies. Pool and jacuzzi super way to end a day.

Nice resort hotel with plenty of on-site options including fitness center, heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and game room. The rooms have a full kitchen with a pleasant view. Shopping is nearby. Easy to get around the Berkshires to see local sites or go fishing or hiking. Nice place and good for families.

Absolutely spotless clean. I get skeeved out but every corner was exceptionally clean. It’s safe and plenty of parking. We only stayed for an overnight. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk to shops/restaurants/activities, the Berkshires isn’t the place and this hotel is not walkable. Oh except to the Stop&Shop grocery which is actually convenient because the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create a meal if that’s what you’re after. Had the best shower ever because I’ve never experienced water pressure so good. Felt like I was standing under Niagara Falls.
